Processing Time

Each order is thoughtfully prepared before it ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

 

Domestic Shipping

United States

Standard Shipping — 3–6 business days.

Please note: shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed. Processing takes 2–3 business days and is not included in the shipping estimate.

Expedited Shipping — available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Memoré is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. If you don't receive it within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@bymemore.com.

 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Memoré is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Holiday & Peak Season

During major holidays and peak gifting seasons, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering at least 10 business days in advance to ensure timely arrival.
