Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase — in their original sealed condition with all packaging intact.
Because our products are personal care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@bymemore.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll take it from there.
Please reach out before sending anything back — returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, and we'd hate for anything to get lost in the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your merchandise refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Your bank may take a little extra time to post the credit.
